Here at Rotherham United Community Trust we make dreams come true! Our link with Rotherham United Football Club puts us in a perfect position to offer individuals and groups fun, educational and memorable experiences around football.
We love to see children having a great time with a smile on their face, and therefore provide packages and opportunities for them to get involved in the sport they enjoy with their friends and family.
What we do
We give children the opportunity to meet their footballing heroes, and to become the hero themselves on their special day!
All of our packages are lead and supervised by our friendly qualified coaches and can be tailored towards the needs of the participants.
Our experiences are very popular and match days get booked up very quickly.
PROJECTS
- Match day experiences: Our very popular match day experience provides an exclusive opportunity for groups to take part in pre-match activities, including meeting Rotherham United football players and going pitch side in the dugouts. This package also includes access to Goal Zone and a pre-match buffet, supervised by our friendly and experienced staff members. Tickets are also provided for participants and parents to sit together and enjoy the match
- Flag baring: Get ready to soak in all the atmosphere of the match and stadium with our flag baring experience, waving flags whilst welcoming the first team players onto the pitch. This package also includes access to Goal Zone and a pre-match buffet, supervised by our friendly and experienced staff members. Tickets are also provided for participants and parents to sit together and enjoy the match.
- Birthday parties at Parkgate Astro: Our birthday party package at Parkgate Astro is ran by a qualified coach who will lead on football games and many fun activities for groups of all sizes and ages. There is an additional option to add buffet food, cakes, party bags, signed merchandise and even a Miller Bear mascot appearance to the package to celebrate your child’s special day!
- Match day birthday parties at New York Stadium: Why not have your birthday party at the New York Stadium! We offer a match day birthday party experience, where we welcome the birthday child and their group into a private room for party food and activities before providing them with tickets to watch the game!
- Inflatables hire: We offer a range of RUFC branded inflatable equipment to hire for such events such as festivals, sports days and parties. All equipment is delivered to the venue, set up and supervised by a member of our team. Inflatables include; small game inflatable pitch, speed shot accuracy goal, panna cage and bouncy castle.
