We’re incredibly proud to announce that four talented young players from our Future Stars programme have been offered places at Rotherham United’s Girls Emerging Talent Centre (ETC). Congratulations to Amelia R-B, Iyla W, Peaches F, and Scarlett F, who will begin their ETC journey this September.
Their progression marks a significant achievement – not just for the girls themselves, but also for the dedicated coaches, supportive families, and the pathway provided by Rotherham United Community Trust.
Future Stars Lead Coach Ethan Pacey reflected on the milestone:
“It’s a pleasure for myself and the team to be a part of Peaches’, Scarlett’s, Iyla’s, and Amelia’s journeys as they progress from Future Stars to the Girls ETC. Their success is not only a testament to their brilliant attitudes, dedication, and the huge potential they all show, but it also highlights how valuable the Future Stars programme is in identifying, nurturing, and developing talent for the Girls ETC pathway.”
The Future Stars programme focuses on girls aged U6 to U8, creating a fun and competitive environment that encourages players to grow and progress through the RUCT pathway. It serves as a vital stepping stone for those aspiring to reach academy-level football in South Yorkshire and beyond.
With trials for the next intake just around the corner, now is the perfect time to get involved. If your daughter is passionate about football and dreams of playing at a higher level, sign her up for the Future Stars trials via the link below:
