World Mental Health Day

On the 10th of October, we want to encourage you to get together and talk about mental health. Talking about mental health can help us all cope better with life’s ups and downs. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of mental health in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations and communities.

This year Rotherham United Community Trust are getting their staff talking by hosting a ‘Tea & Talk’ morning! Research shows that talking is good for your mental health, and that’s what Tea & Talk is all about. It is a great way to come together with friends, family, or colleagues – could you host one?

Our Health & Wellbeing team here at RUCT are proud to host various mental health sessions every week, open to everyone and anyone. Whether you are struggling, recovering, or just want to improve your mental health – we have a session for you.
