Our weight management programmes provide accessible and affordable sessions for people seeking support to lead a healthier lifestyle. We aim to help people feel better about themselves and positively impact their wellbeing through encouraging them to live a balanced lifestyle.

Our knowledgeable team are passionate about educating and supporting people around nutrition and physical activity to enable them to develop and maintain healthy habits.

What we do

Our weight management and fitness sessions are open to anyone, regardless of knowledge, experience or fitness levels. We are mindful that people may be novices in nutrition and exercise, or might need a helping hand to get back on track after not exercising for a while. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive so that people can develop and progress at their own pace.


  • Fit Millers: (PLEASE NOTE – This programme is taking a break, keep an eye out for updates) People aged 35-65 are invited to start their 12 week healthy lifestyle journey with us. The aim of this programme is to reduce the risk of developing health problems by helping individuals to lose weight, become physically fitter and maintain a more active lifestyle.

    Eligibility for the programme is as follows:
    Male = BMI of 28+ or a waist circumference of 38+ inch
    Female = BMI of 28+ or a waist circumference of 31+ inch
  • Man V Fat: MAN v FAT Rotherham allows men to better their health through their love of football. With nutrition and lifestyle guidance from our qualified coaches, as well as support and banter from teammates, MAN V FAT is a weekly football league that offers a fun, different way to lose weight. The league is open to teams or individuals to sign up for a fee, with matches taking place weekly
