Primary Schools

Our primary school provision is designed to appeal to and benefit children from year 1 to year 6. Using age appropriate resources, our programmes are mapped to the national curriculum to ensure children are receiving vital education about leading a healthy, active life.

We aim to stimulate and develop children to engage in individual and team activities for a sustained period of time.

What we do

Our highly qualified team are dedicated to planning and delivering high class and impactful physical activities, competitions and workshops, which are reviewed regularly with input and feedback from teachers.

In addition to physical education, we offer a broad range of interventions which use the power of the brand to teach children important messages around how to be a positive member of society. These include; Maths, English and PSHE workshops, assemblies, and social action projects to help children gain valuable life experience.

Projects

  • PE & Extra Curricular: Our qualified coaches deliver a range of high quality physical activities, including leading or supporting school staff with PE lessons. We also offer extracurricular activities to cover all parts of the day including breakfast, lunch and after school clubs. Our lesson plans are regularly reviewed to meet the needs of the national curriculum (depending on Key Stage) and are also open to suggestions in regards to activities from schools.
  • Educational Workshops: Our school provision extends past just physical education. PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) educational resources are proving particularly popular, covering topics such as resilience, self-esteem and inclusion. Using people’s voice and current social issues, our team listen to the school’s needs and preferences to deliver specific workshops and assemblies. Rail safety, discrimination, and protecting the planet are some of the popular topics we can deliver. We have recently launched a social action plea to aid schools in helping their students plan and deliver social action projects to give back to their community.
  • Interventions: We deliver a 6 week healthy lifestyle programme (Joy of Moving) focusing on fun activities to develop skills in four major areas; Physical fitness, motor coordination, cognitive functions & creativity, and life skills. Our staff link these areas with education around the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and eating a healthy diet. We also deliver additional Maths and English interventions to groups or individuals. We acknowledge that each individual has different learning preferences and therefore offer a mixture of classroom and practical learning activities for targeted pupils identified by the school.
  • Events & Competitions: We are highly experienced in organising and delivering an array of sporting events and competitions, either within school or using our own facilities (depending on the needs of the school). These include sports days, specific sports competitions and our Premier League Primary Stars Half Time Cup; this is an amazing opportunity for students to play on the New York Stadium pitch at half time during competitive fixtures.
